Multi-spindle equipment holds tolerance on high-volume fasteners and turned components at rates a single-spindle lathe can’t match. Our 4-axis vertical mills handle the pocket geometry and contoured surfaces that come with more complex part prints. Prints will go through a manufacturability review before a quote is given. We check tolerance stacks against GD&T callouts and wall thickness against material behavior under load. Any spec that would drive up scrap rate or cycle time gets flagged before the job runs.

A Zeiss Contura CMM, accurate to 0.4 µm, catches the stack-up error that causes fitment failure in an assembled device or defense component. A Hommel Contour 305, accurate to 0.1 µm, measures round and cylindrical geometry and catches the waviness that causes leak paths and fatigue cracking in hydraulic systems.
