Clinton Pouillie
Clinton has long been passionate about manufacturing and engineering. After graduating high school, he earned a degree in Manufacturing Engineering with a minor in Business from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. He began his career as a manufacturing engineer and later advanced to operations manager, spending 10 years with an OEM in the refrigeration industry.
Looking to continue to grow and advance Clinton looked toward Mitotec Precision. Formally known as Necedah Screw Machine Products, Inc., Mitotec was started by his Great Grandfather in 1963 in Necedah, WI, a small town of just 700 people. Clinton grew up witnessing the pride and commitment his family members had working at Mitotec and hoped one day he would get to join that team and help in the success of the company and the community.
In 2013 he got that chance and joined the team as their engineering manager. Clinton brought with him a drive and commitment to advance the company with not only new technology but creative ways to utilize that technology and bring solutions to their customers. In 2020, he was promoted to General Manager, where he strengthened customer relationships and led strategic initiatives that resulted in doubling company revenue. Today, as CEO, Clinton continues to lead Mitotec Precision with a forward-thinking vision, emphasizing advanced technology, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
